Cole is a dedicated cultural anthropologist with a background in psychology, currently serving as the Communications and Outreach Coordinator for the Manitoba Korean Canadian Community Resource Network (MKCCRN), Inc. In addition to his role at MKCCRN, Cole is working towards becoming an immigration consultant, bringing a unique and evolving perspective to his work in supporting and advocating for the immigrant community. With a strong passion for understanding how cultures shape identities and connect communities, Cole plays a key role in bridging cultural gaps and promoting inclusivity within our organization.
Living in Winnipeg, Cole brings valuable insights into the challenges immigrant communities face, particularly in maintaining cultural identity while integrating into a diverse society. Although his expertise extends beyond Korean culture, Cole’s broad understanding of cultural dynamics enhances his ability to craft communication strategies that effectively resonate with both the Korean community and the wider public in Manitoba. At MKCCRN, Cole is committed to ensuring that our message is both accessible and impactful, fostering a sense of belonging and cultural exchange within the community.
